Vision: A poverty free and ecologically rich GMS
Goal: To promote sustainable and equitable development in the GMS
Purpose:
To enhance the development potential, performance, and impact of the GMS Economic Cooperation Program

- Conference on GMS environmental sustainability and economic competitiveness

For implementation purpose, 6 GMS Economic Corridors have been created:
- EWEC: East West Economic Corridor
- NSEC (Eastern): North South Economic Corridor (Eastern)
- NSEC (Eastern Ext.): North South Economic Corridor (Eastern Extension)
- NSEC (Western): North South Economic Corridor (Western)
- SEC (Northern): South Economic Corridor (Northern)
- SEC (Southern): South Economic Corridor (Southern)
